Hello to everyone reading, this is my first blog post. I won't be giving away my location so you won't know what school I go to, etc. If you know where I live please do not say my location anywhere on this blog.
Thank you.

| A Pond Scene at the Garden |
Winter break is over for me, if you had one I hope you enjoyed it! Some fun things about it for me was mom's birthday, she took us to see a botanical garden. It was a public garden with lights everywhere for the holidays, it was amazing. We also went to see a parade, but besides that we mainly stayed indoors. I received and gifted some decent things for Christmas.
I was planning on making this blog far before winter break but I guess you could say I was too lazy too. I had a whole two weeks off to do it! Well, not exactly. I did have reading and violin practice minutes to do and record, and a big project for science. I had to do some research and took the time to paint for it, so it wasn't exactly a fast project. Some teachers don't understand the definition of 'break' I suppose. Besides the 'huge' science project all other subjects were fine! Besides the work from school I went to the movies several times and got braces on New Year's Eve. I bet you can reason why that sentence wasn't in the fun things over winter break paragraph up there. ^^^^^^
Yesterday (Monday, January 6th 2014) I only had homework in half my periods. Today I have homework in four periods. I'll always have to practice my violin 150 minutes each week, and read 100 minutes each week, I didn't count the reading (language arts) for how much homework. My school has Fitness Day on Friday, and I'm in health instead of gym/PE right now. And I still have to do Fitness Day? Seems a little unfair you're inactive the whole week and then you're pushing yourself a lot on the last day.
To finish up this post, a lot of my friends got some pretty cool shirts for Christmas. (Pictures under of the shirts I saw them wearing below.) I got a shirt too, a Skillet one!
